‘Learn Plus US’ is a training company specialising in the childcare sector. Our courses and workshops are workplace based with weekend and evening workshops and therefore won’t interfere with your work routine. We are CACHE accredited and able to deliver the following qualifications:
ICP(introduction to Childminding Practise) necessary for Ofsted registration for childminder and Nannies. This is unit One of the Diploma in home based childcare and we also offer units 2-5 which entail 30 hours of guided learning hours and a written assignment.
First Aid – We offer the paediatric 12 hour first aid course. It is designed for all Child carers and is required for Ofsted Registration. This is also an excellentcourse for parents.
NVQ level two, three and four in Children’s Care Learning and Development Suitable for nannies, Childminders and Nursery Workers
NVQ 2 and 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools for all those voluntary or working as teaching assistants in schools
NVQ 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care both Adults and Children.
NVQs are Nationally recognised qualifications, most of our NVQs are fully funded (free of charge to learners) except level 4 and we deliver them in your workplace at hours to suit. Our courses are run monthly and are NVQ programmes can be joined at anytime. We hold regular weekly inductions at times to suit. Inductions can also be held at Nurseries, Schools and other educational establishments.
