Return, refund and cancellation policy

The Distance Selling Regulations would ordinarily say that you have 7 days from the date of confirmation from us of your order to change your mind and cancel the order. In that case we would provide a full refund less the direct cost to us of the return of any items already delivered to you which (unless this is seen as a breach of the Distance Selling Regulations) would include the direct cost to us of their carriage to you and their return.

Your advert can be terminated at any time by you upon written notification to us, however, as you consent to the advertising service being provided immediately and as they are provided by software which you open (to place an advert on our website), the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply and no refunds will be given without valid cause and subject to your statutory rights. You will be able to preview your advert before committing to purchase our advertising service.

We want you to be happy with any service we provide to you. Whilst our legal position is spelt out in plain English above, we will consider a refund in any case where there is proper cause for complaint. We will do all we can to help you. Please contact us to discuss further if you feel you have a valid case for a refund.

Delivery policy

Access to the Best Bear Advert Service is conditional upon registration and payment confirmation. Following receipt of your payment your advert will remain on the Bestbear.co.uk website in the 'childcarers find a job' section for one calendar month, unless you notify us otherwise.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to advertising services on the Best Bear website will be correct, that the account details, cheque, credit or debit card or any electronic switch (whichever is applicable) you use is your own and there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any subscription. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Services.

Currency

All figures mentioned on this site or by our representatives are £ sterling. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all prices are exclusive of VAT which shall be charged where appropriate at the rate prevailing at the relevant tax point.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.
